No Honda Indy in 2010? 9 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 0
With World-Challenge coming out with a preliminary schedule a few days ago with a Honda Indy Toronto race date, that doesn't bode well for the CCTCC returning to the streets of Toronto in 2010.

I am going to assume the support series would be as follows:

Indy Lights
World-Challenge
Star Mazda
Maybe the new USF2000 Series which is in partnership with the IRL

You can check out the prelim WC schedule here

Thoughts anyone?

Cheers,
Scott

Scott,

May be you should ask John how many years is his contract valid for with the HIT before posting this, just a suggestion .

As we all know contract are like records they are broken all of the time. Just ask Honda as they reneged on their contract with the FIA when they decided to pullout of F1 last season.

I am just thinking it's highly unlikely two touring car series will be racing at the HIT and one series already has it on their schedule.

As Alain mentioned, they were both there 2 years ago, also last year had the Timewarp Invitational/G70 race, who knows who or what that slot is being filled with this year, maybe that's the slot that SWC has taken.

Scott,

This was in my in-box today. I'm not sure if it answers your question or creates more doubt ?????
